“Many companies “talk the talk “but very few “walk the walk”. It’s easy to tell a team of people that you need them , care about them, and want them to have a great quality of life. What is not easy is to clearly demonstrate this in your actions as businesses where people have a choice to work at or not.

We take the time to recognize key performance each month. We take the time to celebrate personal milestones such as birthdays and anniversaries each month. We take the time to simply sit , have a good meal and enjoy personal time together absent the pressure of productivity and efficiency.
We care about people!
There is no such thing as a 12-hour shift at All Star. There is no such thing as scheduled Sunday work. Why ? Our people need quality lives, and you can’t have a quality life while spending all of it at work. We simply care too much about our people.
